ACTIVATING A CARD

What is an activation code?

An activation code is a set of either 10 or 12 letters and numbers at the bottom of each Bella Sara card. To activate a card, follow these simple steps:

  • If you haven’t already done so, Sign Up for a username and password on bellasara.com
  • Use your username and password to Log In to bellasara.com
  • Once you have arrived at the Cottage Entry, click the “Activate Card” button on the upper right of the screen. You can click this button at any point once you have logged in to The World of Bella Sara.
  • Enter your code in the Activation Wizard and click the checkmark.
  • Once your code is accepted, you will be awarded your item and horseshoes!
  • Activated horse cards put that horse in your own stable (Air, Water, or Land). Activated energy cards place an available item in your collection of “My Things” you can place in your cottage. Some energy cards are only added to your card collection.
  • Activate more cards for more horseshoes, horses or items!

Are activation codes case sensitive?

No. The codes are not case sensitive.

Can I use the code more than once?

No, each activation code can only be used one time. They are unique to that card and that card alone.

Why can't I activate my card?

Please double-check you typed the code in correctly. Beginning with Magical Friends, Bella Sara cards come with 12-digit activation codes. There are no ones or zeros in the new codes, these are the letters capital I and capital O.

If you're sure you followed the directions properly and your card still won't activate, please send an email to customerservice@hiddencitygames.com. Include the following details:

  • The activation code you are trying to use
  • The name of the Bella Sara card you got the activation code from

WHAT DO I DO IF… ?

When I tried to activate my horse, I got a different horse! What do I do now?

We want to make sure you get the right horse in your stall. If you get a different horse than you expected, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@hiddencitygames.com. Include the following details:

  • Your user name
  • The name of the horse you are trying to activate
  • The activation code you are using

We will give you a new code for the right horse, and you can keep the other horse too!
